Baldwin Eye Care – Sun Prairie, WI
The long-time Main Street business was displaced in August 2009 when an apartment fire destroyed the Sun Prairie Professional Building. Plandesign joined Avenue Architects and Snyder & Associates in the design of the new clinic just east of the Wagner's Crossing building on West Main Street. The new 5,000 square foot building opened for business late in 2010.

Garver Arts Incubator – Madison, WI
Plandesign partnered with Common Wealth Development, HPZS Architects, Vogel Bros. Building Co. and BT Squared Civil & Environmental Engineering in developing preliminary plans to restore Madison’s historic Garver Feed Mill site near Olbrich Botanic Gardens. The proposed public facility would provide artists and arts-related businesses affordable studio space as well as business assistance, shared equipment, gallery space, and conference and workshop rooms. Visitors would have the opportunity to watch artists work, participate in classes and workshops, attend performances and exhibits, and more.

Wanamaker Streetscape Redevelopment Plan – Indianapolis, IN
